The “Gang of 15 Workout” is a CD that aides beginner level guitar students practice essential chord and scales routines to recorded backing tracks. “The Gang of 15” refers to the most important chord shapes on the guitar. Students can immediately move into a cut-to-the-chase workout that, if carried out for 20 minutes a day, promises fun, quick and steady progress for the advancing guitar student.

The appeal to intermediate level practicing guitarist is the application of scale
patterns, suspended and bare chords to the workout backing tracks and the
“bonus tracks”.

“The Gang of 15 Workout” is intended for and is best understood, by new
students who have at least the most basic information about playing guitar under
their belt. The hope here is that the text that comes with the CD explains enough
for most people to be able to move along with it right away.
